TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS // NEW CLIENTS // DEPOSITS 

Bookings are essential for all appointments, they can be made via email, phone or in person. New clients to Posh Pouts will be asked to leave a deposit for any appointments made. This will secure your appointment time and the deposit will also go towards your service on the day.

The deposit fee is $40. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be void.

If you reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to the next appointment date. This can only be done once, and with salon manager approval.

No appointments will be booked without a deposit. No deposit is required for bookings under 30 minutes.

 

CANCELLATIONS // LATE ARRIVALS 

At Posh Pouts we require 24 hour notice for either cancelling or rescheduling of any appointments. Appointments cancelled within the 24hours incur a fee of $40 which will be charged and is payable before booking in again, if a new client cancels, deposit paid will be forfeited. 

Running late sadly shortens the time of your booked appointment, if late time exceeds 20 minutes your appointment is automatically cancelled and the $40 fee will be charged. 

 

STORE POLICY // RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Posh Pouts Boutique, we stand by level of customer service and always ensure we have your best interest at heart.

We love our products but if for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return any item you have bought via our online store, only if it is in its original condition. We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. In which case, you can download the return forms and procedure via our website. Alternatively you can contact us via email or call direct, and will give you the correct process for returning items back to us.

Returns and exchanges will be reviewed and processed over 3-4 business days from the day it has been received. If we honestly believe product has been used, we will contact you immediately and return the product/products to you within 28 days. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email notification or phone call from the Posh Pouts service team.

With Services, we offer a 3 day repair policy at no charge and we ensure that the client is 100% happy with the service and repair work. A 48hour follow up is conducted to confirm client satisfaction.

We do not offer refunds on services.

Change of mind, allergy reactions or anything of this nature does not warrant a refund. 

POSH POUTS PRO CARD

  1. Joining our Posh Pouts Pro Card, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. You are opting in to receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications. To stop receiving communications from Posh Pouts, you can opt out by unsubscribing to an email or reply to any SMS or telephone communication.
  2. All members/participants in the Posh Pouts Pro Card must be residents of Australia.
  3. The Posh Pouts Pro Card discounts applies to cosmetics products only
  4. The Posh Pouts Pro Card can only be used in store or by emailing, calling/ SMS to our Salon.
  5. Discounts do not apply to purchase of gift cards (physical or electronic) or sale offers.
  6. The Posh Pouts Pro Card is issued by and remains the property of Posh Pouts and is not transferable to any other person or redeemable for cash.
  7. Posh Pouts reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice and withdraw the card at any time.

 

Covid 19 Special Delivery options explained in depth

Free shipping - when you spend $30 or more, your shipping will automatically offer you a free option which will give you free standard shipping, as long as all products are available, your order (if placed before 2pm) will be sent out same day. During the difficult times of Coronavirus, standard shipping seem to be delayed, unless you don’t mind this fact, we suggest if  in a rush, do not use this option, delivery is averaging approx 10 business days +. Once parcels have been delivered to Aus Post, the best way to track your order is with your tracking number supplied by us. 

Express shipping - Aus Post is prioritising express, however some delays are still showing using this option on average, seems to be better then standard freight. Once parcels have been delivered to Aus Post, the best way to track your order is with your tracking number supplied by us. 

Posh Pouts Delivery - This feature is new and Currently on trial. This has been created to benefit the cauto we and relieving Aus Post high demand of parcels. This option is available on all orders that have all items in stock, your order has to be placed by 11am (Monday-Friday) to be able to be delivered same day, if placed after 11am the delivery will take place next business day. If you place an order over the weekend and choose Posh Pouts Delivery, this will automatically be delivered Monday. We will contact you on your mobile when we are on our way, we will accept to leave parcel in a safe place with written approval via text by customer. You can nominate someone else to accept your delivery on your behalf, If no one is home we will not leave parcel in a safe place unless customer approves this option.

Click and Collect - we will be offering a couple of days a week when click and collect will be available from our Mordialloc shop front. Times will be limited and by appointment only. You will be contacted to secure the times and book you into this block. 

 

INVITE YOUR BESTIE

Offer commencing January 2020, offer rules are as follows:

Each existing client of Posh Pouts will be given a $20 voucher, which will contain clients details and a voucher number. This is to be treated like cash, we will not re issue voucher numbers and numbers are not recored other then on the gift voucher itself. 

The way the voucher works is that its to be given to a new client to us, and they get to redeem the $20 voucher on any service that retails at $50+. Our existing client will also collect a $20 voucher to use on their next visit with us, also on a service of $50+. Vouchers are not exchangeable to cash value.

Invite your bestie promotion voucher is only valid for new clients to Posh Pouts Boutique and redeemable on services including: Lashes, brows or make up only. Existing clients can only redeem their $20 voucher on services including: Lashes, brows or make up only.

 

COVID 19 SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED IN DEPTH:

Due to the higher level of parcel deliveries, Aus Post have been highly delayed with shipping and creating expected waits for 3-5 days on top of the usual 2-3 days for standard shipping. Currently standard shipping is averaging approx 10 days+.
