We are so excited to have our clients back in store again for services with us! Due to Covid-19, we have now got new regulations and requirements to follow from the government. 

When you book in, you’ll be asked these questions to help keep you and our staff safe during our return back to our new normal. We appreciate and thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.

Have you been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

Have you had any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days?


Dry cough?

Extreme tiredness?

Difficult breathing or shortness of breath?

Chest pain or pressure?

Loss of speech or movement?

Travelled over seas in the last 14 days?

Have you been in contact with any persons who have travelled overseas in the last 14 days?

Have you been in contact with any person who cares or treats confirmed or suspected COVID 19 cases?


If you can answer YES to any of these questions, we will not be able to see you in this time, until it is safe to, we will happily book you into a date that is 14 days after isolation is complete,

If the answer is NO to these questions, your appointment will be able to go ahead and we’ll keep your form that will be filled out by you under the governments request to keep client records.

Please note: there are some new requirements For clients to adhere to for their appointments :

  • Please wear a mask to all your appointments
  • You will be required use our hand sanitiser upon your arrival
  • Please do not bring anyone else to your appointments, only 1 person per treatment room.
  • If you tend to get chilly during your treatments, please bring your own blanket.
